Our licensed nurses and certified home health aides provide all client care. These staff members assess and monitor the client's health care needs, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with attending physicians to promote continuity of care.
Caring World's home care aides are certified medical professionals, who are supervised by a registered nurse. Aides ensure client care is provided in the safest and the healthiest environment possible. It is important that clients, family members, caregivers, and physicians understand what home care aides may and may not do.
Our home health aides' scope of services includes the following:
- Personal care assistance, including bathing and dressing, grooming, continence care, ambulation, and transfers
- Accompanying patients to clinics to physicians for treatment and for diagnosis and/or therapeutic purposes
- Assistance with the use of special equipment (walkers, wheel chairs, braces, crutches)
- Help with activities and exercises as directed by a physical therapist
- Assistance with medication administration as directed by the nurse

Hourly and live-in care
How hourly care works:
If you need services on an hourly basis, such as
- a few hours a day for light housekeeping
- transportation to and from doctor’s appointments
- only during the night
we would need at least one day's notice to be able to set up services for you. We are happy to provide care whenever and wherever we are needed.
How live-in care works:
The live-in aide stays in the home 24 hours a day, and is available to assist at any time during the day or night. All our live-in aides maintain their own separate residence. They are permitted to reside on the client's premises only during their assigned days and nights, and they must leave the client's premises on their days off. Live-in aides are strictly forbidden the personal use of the client's property (phone, car, computer, TV, etc.) and the reception of visitors while providing care.
