Staff Services

To keep up-to-date in the ever-changing field of home health care, Gentle Care Home Services requires its staff to be educated and well trained. Home Health Aides must maintain appropriate in-service training of 13 hours per year, as well as complete corporate training courses.

Certification Courses

We offer a 76-hour Home Health Aide Training Course approved by the NJ Board of Nursing.
We hold training sessions every month and help students with the certification process. If you are interested in becoming a Certified Home Health Aide, Gentle Care Home Services has Registered Nurses on staff to train and supervise all new Home Health Aides.
